Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy has rubbished reports claiming the club’s new stadium will be sponsored by Nike.
With Spurs set to play for the first time at their new ground next month, rumours have been swirling around suggesting the stadium will be called ‘The Nike Stadium’.

The reports all started after Richard Keys ‘exclusively revealed’ Nike would be sponsoring the stadium before a video clip of the beIN Sports anchor making the claim was deleted.
However, Levy responded to these claims at a meeting with the Tottenham Hotspur Supporters’ Trust on Tuesday, pouring cold water over the rumour made by Keys.
Asked to deliver an update on naming rights, the chairman said none were “in place” and dismissed links with kit manufacturer Nike as sponsoring stadiums is “not what Nike do as a business.”
