Lesotho delegation will fly into Nigeria on Monday morning for Tuesday’s 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying fixture against the Super Eagles of Nigeria, reports Completesports.com.
The match commissioner and referees arrived in Nigeria on Sunday, while the security officer and referees’ assessor have been in Lagos since Saturday.
Lesotho held Sierra Leone to a scoreless draw in Maseru on Saturday but are no longer in the running for a ticket to Cameroon 2021.
They will have their official training at the Teslim Balogun Stadium on Monday evening by 5pm.

What a unique battle—strongest and weakest teams in the group. This is when GR’s men have to be careful. Defeating the SE is just like winning the AFCON for them.
Will you advise Mr. Rohr not to start his strongest team?
All I know, he should tread with extreme caution.. let this not be another “Madagascar-esque déjà vu”
Not necessarily; a blend of the two. It would be grossly unfair to keep some guys perpetually pegged to the bench, but we must be wary of shaming by a theoretical minnows. For instance if Oga wants to test Noble it should be in the first 30 minutes, so if wahala dey there will be be time to correct it.
I will advise Rohr to start his strongest team as Lagos fans will not tolerate a lackluster match, we need an entertaining encounter that will put a lasting smile on our face. We don’t want a repeat of Madagascar as all of you will come back here calling him several odd names for bringing disgrace to Nigeria. Any player that is tired of bench role should improve their skills to break into the first team on merit.
It’ll also allow more blending of the team. However regular players like Ebuehi,Uzoho, Awaizem, Etebo, Musa and new boy Iwuala can be given a look in for some minutes to show their relevance in the team
When one glosses over your reasoning it may seem plausible, but on deep analysis the cracks become obvious. Football is a team game, the players must be made to feel that they belong.
As a matter of fact, the last SE game disproved your assertion. The hero who netted the invaluable goal is not regarded as a first-team striker. He didn’t even make the cut of the 24 players initially invited. He was on the standby list. Others on that list never showed up. if Sadiq had not been stopped by his club, we may not have seen the face of Paul Longus in Benin … and possibly the match may have ended in a draw (like Ogbono soup).
As I earlier said, this is a training match that people line Noble can be trialed. However, remedial strategies must be in place.
And if he tries Noble and it backfires, are Nigerians that patient and tolerant? Every tom, dick and harry will come out to rain insult on Rohr. This is not a friendly match where we can change many players. We should be careful about how we use the limited slots we have in substituting players. Hopefully Noble’s time will come if he remains consistent but for now I think we should be taking well calculated risk now.

@Glory, you can watch it on YouTube live, that’s where I watched our last match.
But it’s an Arabic channel so expect an Arabic commentary..
Many thanks@ Ola. God bless broda man.
Amen bro.. Enjoy your day
Well, all comment so far are relevant… But it’s a no crime if NOBLE is given the last 10 or 15 minutes to also feel the heat…
If i were Rohr my likely formation & startin XI would be:
UZOHO
EBUEHI-EKONG-AJAYI-COLLINS
ETEBO-ARIBO
HENRY-IWOBI(IF…)-ANAYO
OSIMHEN/ONUACHU
SUBS:
SENIOR MAN for ANAYO….(70′)
AWAZIEM for EBUEHI…(78′)
NOBLE for UZOHO… (80′)
ADELEKE for AJAYI….(85′)
Just my opinion though…. The coach has the final say on his squad….
