Leicester target Markus Henriksen looks set to be a free agent in the summer after failing to agree on a new deal with Hull.
The 26-year-old joined Hull from AZ Alkmaar on-loan for the 2016-17 campaign before penning a permanent switch to the Humberside outfit.

But his time at the KCOM Stadium appears to be coming to an end after refusing to pen a new contract.
His current deal will expire in the summer and Hull were considering cashing in on the Norwegian last month.
However, Henriksen wanted to stay and help Hull in their fight for a play-off spot but he isn’t keen to stay on beyond 2018-19. Reports claim Leicester are among the Henriksen’s admirers and the Premier League outfit recently sent scouts to watch him in action.
Leicester have been heavily reliant on youngster James Maddison in an attacking midfield role this term but reports claim he is wanted by Tottenham.
It’s understood the Foxes see Henriksen as the perfect replacement for Maddison and it would allow them to reinvest the funds elsewhere.
