Super Eagles forward, Ademola Lookman has urged Leicester City to turn their attention to Wednesday’s Premier League clash against Everton.
The Nigerian international who netted a goal in the Foxes’ 2-1 loss to Newcastle United on Sunday, made this known in an interview with LCFC TV.
Unhappy with the several goal scoring chances the team missed against Newcastle, Lookman stated that they will work on it against Everton on Wednesday.
He also said that the team didn’t deserve to lose to Newcastle due to the way they played.
“Yeah, definitely a sucker punch.
“The least we should come away probably from that game is a draw.
“Obviously they got a counter and they scored, disappointing result.
“Game’s over now looking forward to Wednesday against Everton.
“Yeah I think we created good chances today.
“It was well worked(Lookman’s goal),we worked on it yesterday and it came off for us today.
“Would have been more pleased with a better result, for me winning is the most important.”
