Midfielder Christoph Kramer says Borussia Monchengladbach are looking forward to some winter sun while training in Spain this weekend. The Foals head to Andalusia on Saturday where they will take part in a week-long training camp as the Bundesliga’s winter break continues.
Kramer says the spirit in the camp is good as they step up training over the traditional break from playing.
He said on the Borussia website: “We will certainly work hard, but the mild temperatures there make the whole thing much more pleasant in any case.” K ramer concluded.
Borussia have reported that only injured duo Raffael (collarbone fracture) and Mamadou Doucoure (thigh) will be left behind as the rest of the first-team squad travel to Spain.
