Former Real Madrid midfielder Kaka believes Zinedine Zidane can deliver more trophies to the club and says he should be given more time. Despite spending big money to try and catch up to Barcelona in the race for La Liga, Los Blancos have endured a tough start to the new season.
The likes of Eden Hazard and Luka Jovic were brought in to bolster their line up but have come under criticism despite not losing yet domestically and are sat third in the league.

However, the pressure ramped up on Zidane on Wednesday after PSG comprehensively beat them 3-0 in their opening Champions League group game.
Despite winning the Champions League three times consecutively between 2016 and 2018, as well as the La Liga title in 2017, the French World Cup winner is already under threat of losing his job.
However, Kaka has rebuffed those claims and says Zidane is still very much the right man to take the team forward. “For Real Madrid, we always have to win something,” he told Omnisport. “This is the pressure for Zidane – he needs to win something. La Liga or the Champions League.
These are the two championships that are the most important for the supporters and the club. “Of course, he knows that. I think Real Madrid has a very good team, very good players and an unbelievable coach. Real Madrid is ready to win something this season again.”
They are next in action on Sunday evening when they tackle a difficult trip to the Estadio Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán to take on Sevilla, who are top after four games.
