Because leichester won man united 3-1
iheanacho scoring a brace and an assist to progress to the facup semi final
Nah bro, he’s been answering to that nickname even way before that match, and that’s a FACT
That means u no dey current
@Adeniyi Yoruba people una too like envy and jealousy. Seniorman is Kelechi’s nickname.
You must be an idiotic tribal bigot. The poor guy asked an innocuous or rather harmless question. You arent the only forumite and thus arent under any obligation whatsoever to answer him. Why the hate then??
@Adeniyi, Seniorman is Kele14’s nickname my brother.
What envy there inquiring why he is called senior man?….abeg respect your old age and allow people to voice thier personal opinion on issues such as this.
@Adeniyi They call him Senior Man because he has a Mature understanding of the game and reads it well for a young lad.. His Leicester Team Mates Vardy and Ndidi to be precise gave him the Nickname.
Man of the moment. Ozing with confidence
There is nothing like Yoruba, Hausa and Igbo here. We are all Nigerians.
People who have respect for you and don’t want to call you by your name, will call you ‘senior man’. This is usually the case when they think the age gap between you and them is not big enough to call you ‘sir’. Iheanacho’s ‘senior man’ will have the same underpinning, the only difference is that he is adapting his own to football. But he has to be careful. That he has rediscovered his goal scoring form is a good one and calls for celebration, but he should not allow pride, distractions and overconfidence to take him back to Egypt. He has to remain humble, work even harder, and concentrate fully on his career.
GBAM.
Great Comment @Ocherome
Well said senior man.
I also understand that the term “Senior Man” is a slang used in “street endeavours” (which include street football). Na language in street hustle parlance
In my State, Iheanacho is now called the KING. Ask Manchester United fans if he is not.
