Chelsea captain Reece James has disclosed that the Blues must overcome Leicester City in Sunday’s Premier League clash.
Chelsea once seemed like the dark horse in the Premier League title race after climbing to second in the Premier League standings midway through the 2024/25 campaign.
However, the Blues have won only three of their last 11 top-flight matches to go from title contenders to scrambling for a place in the top four.
speaking ahead of Sunday’s clash, James told teh club’s website that they must build on the victory against Copehangen.

He said, “We have another game in a few days against Leicester and now it’s the business end of the season.
“It’s time to kick on and keep the wins going.”
“Building momentum is key.
“We have our goals of winning the Conference League and qualifying for the Champions League. I have zero doubts in achieving that. We look forward to our next few games.”
