Alex Iwobi has expressed his delight after netting his maiden goal for Premier League club Fulham.
Iwobi scored the curtain raiser for Marco Silva’s side in the 3-2 win against Wolverhampton Wanderers at the Craven Cottage on Monday night.
The 27-year-old was unlucky not to score another goal in the second half.
The Nigeria international took to the social media to celebrate the goal.
“That Felt Nice,” the former Arsenal player wrote on his X handle.
His compatriot Calvin Bassey also featured for the Whites in the game.
Iwobi joined Fulham from another Premier League club Everton in the summer.
Fulham will travel to Liverpool for their next game on Sunday.

He’s more of a wide forward not an out and out midfielder who will be coming to collect the ball from defenders. He can only be effective in a 4-2-3-1 formation as a right sided midfielder cutting in or pulling in in-swingers from the wide areas of the attack. I hope the gaffer can be flexible to get the best out of our players. I read in some quarters that Tom Saintfelt will be taking over from Peseiro. Lmao!! Our football admin funny die. Anyway good luck to whatever shenanigans they have to give us.
