Lecce defender Federico Baschirotto admitted that it is more difficult to mark Napoli’s Nigerian star Victor Osimhen.
The Super Eagles star scored 26 goals last season to help Napoli win the league title for the first time since 1990.
He finished top scorer in the Italian topflight, becoming the first African to achieve the feat.
Also, he was named Best Foreign Athlete in Italy last season.

Asked which striker is difficult to face in the division, Baschirotto, Napoli Magazine: “I recommend taking me, I always give my best. In defense we all work hard. The attacker Osimhen was more difficult to mark, as was Lautaro, in my opinion the strongest in the championship.”
He added:”I am comfortable with a back four but in my career I have also played a three-man defence.”
Osimhen is in contention for a place in Napoli’s starting 11 when they face Atalanta today (Saturday)
The striker was included in the champions’ squad for this weekend’s game after recovering from injury.
He sustained the injury during Nigeria’s friendly game with Saudi Arabia in October.
The injury saw him miss the Eagles’ opening two FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Lesotho and Zimbabwe.
