Former Manchester United forward Teddy Sheringham has predicted that England will scale through Netherlands hurdle in today’s Euro 2024 semi-final clash.
In an interview with TribalFootball, Sheringahm stated that Gareth Southgate’s squad will go one better than his 1996 pal and get to the final.
Teddy, 58, said a triumph in tonight’s semi-final in Dortmund would also be long-awaited revenge on Koeman, who famously robbed England of qualification for the 1994 World Cup.

“Koeman scored the free kick when he should have been sent off—iit was very obvious.
“I don’t think we were playing great football but still didn’t deserve to lose like that, and it hasn’t been forgotten.
“So it’d be sweet revenge if we could beat his team.”
“I think the critics are too harsh. You look at the job he has done, and you can’t criticize. Yes, the football hasn’t been pretty all the time, but the results are there. As well as talent, you need a good team ethic, and the team ethic is great. They all want to win; they play for each other as well.
“These young players are experienced, which is a very positive sign. The likes of Harry Kane have played at the top level for a while now; Bellingham is playing for Real Madrid; Saka plays at the top level for Arsenal; and Foden is at Manchester City. That is why it’s working well for Southgate.”
