Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers has applauded Kelechi Iheanacho’s wonderful strike in Wednesday night’s 1-1 draw at Burnley, reports Completesports.com.
The Foxes fell behind in the fourth-minute lead when Hamza Choudhury’s poor pass back to Wilfred Ndidi was intercepted on the edge of the box by Matej Vydra.
Iheanacho equalised for the visitors 11 minutes before the break.

His international teammate Ndidi floated a beautifully weighted ball into the area and the Nigerian’s timing and technique was perfect as he volleyed past Nick Pope.
“It was a brilliant goal. It was a good move, we kept the ball well, and then Wilf makes a great pass,”Rodgers said after the game.
“It’s good movement from the two strikers, and then fabulous technique.”
The 24-year-old has scored twice in 14 league appearances for the Foxes this season.
