Manchester united will have to look elsewhere for a new central defender after Milan Skriniar revealed he is happy with Inter Milan. Th reds have been chasing a new centre-back since the summer when Jose Mourinho was in charge, and nothing has changed now that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is at the helm.
It is looking more and more likely that the Norwegian will be handed the United job on a permanent basis and he will be given the backing of the Reds board in the summer.
There is unlikely to be any business done in this transfer window with United keep their powder dry until the next one, when it is easier to get the players you want.
One such player is Slovakian international Skriniar, who has been in outstanding form for Inter and is valued in the region of 100million euros.
However speaking in the Italian press, the 23-year-old believes that Inter are a club very much on the up and says he is not looking to leave the San Siro any time soon.
