Santiago Solari says Isco is experienced en ough to know what is required to break back into the Real Madrid side. Rumours of a rift between player and coach have been mooted although the Argentine has played down such talk.
Ahead of Sunday’s trip to Real Betis, Solari has suggested Isco needs to be more tactically disciplined, but he is adamant the former Malaga man remains in his plans. “I am not the one to advise anyone,” Solari said. “They are very experienced players, players who are in the First Division so much and have the experience to know what they have to do.”
When asked about a winter departure, the boss added: “All the players are important and they will continue to be. The objective now is the Betis match and to cut points with the top sides in the standings.”
