Real Madrid star Vinicius Junior has expressed his delight after he was named FIFA’s Best Player for 2024.
The award caps an extraordinary season for the player, who played a pivotal role in securing La Liga, the Champions League, and the UEFA Super Cup for Los Blancos.
The recognition also reflects Vinicius’s consistency throughout 2024.
Reacting after receiving the award, Vinicius expressed his heartfelt emotions, recalling his humble beginnings in Sao Gonçalo and highlighting the sacrifices of his family and the trust placed in him by his coach Carlo Ancelotti.
