Former Liverpool captain, Graeme Souness, says he isn’t a fan of Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris following his display in Tottenham’s loss to Aston Villa in the Premier League.
Aston Villa beat Tottenham Hotspurs 2-0 on January 1 at the Tottenham Hotspurs Stadium.
Emi Buendia and Douglas Luiz ensured victory for Aston Villa by scoring two goals in the second half.
Speaking on Sky Sports as quoted by the Mirror, Souness berated the French goalkeeper.
“I’m not a fan of Lloris,” Souness said.
“He is past his sell-by date. Since the start of last season he has made four errors which have led to goals -thats the worst record of any goalkeeper.”
