Super Eagles forward Kelechi Iheanacho won Leicester City’s Man of the Match award after helping them secure a 2-0 home win against Stoke in Saturday’s Championship.
Iheanacho continued his brilliant scoring form as he netted again in the victory against Stoke.
The former Manchester City player opened the scoring in the 24th minute.
It was his third goal in his last three league games and also his fourth for the season.
The results of the fans votes, posted on Leicester’s X, saw Iheanacho finish top with 53 per cent.
Cesare Casadei polled 21.4 per cent to place second while Harry Souttar was third with 16.4 per cent.

Meanwhile, Iheanacho’s Nigerian compatriot, Wilfred Ndidi, got the assist for the Foxes’ second goal scored by Jamie Vardy.
He now has three assists in the league and four in all competitions this campaign.
Up next for both Iheanacho and Ndidi is the double header international friendly games against Saudi Arabia and Mozambique in Portugal.
