For West Ham who recently appointed David Moyes, they have won two of their last five games, losing two and drawing one.
Leicester are in the hunt for a top-four finish and are currently third on 45 points.
And Iheanacho feels the change of manager for the Hammers could be a factor come Wednesday.
“Of course,” when he was ask if he expects a tough clash on Leicester City TV.
“In the Premier League when there’s a change of manager you will see they are different from the previous one.
“It’s always going to be difficult with a team that change their manager, always going to be a difficult one.
“And in the Premier League this season every game is hard. It’s going to be a tough one because they’ve become stronger, they are just like a proper team now.”
However Iheanacho expressed confidence that Leicester have what it takes to come out with a positive result.
He added: “So it’s going to be a tough one for us. But with the way we’ve been working and the preparation, I think we are equal to the task and we will give them a good game.”
