Kelechi Iheanacho hopes to help Sevilla return to their position among the best teams in Spain.
The Nigeria international completed his move to the LaLiga club on Wednesday.
Iheanacho signed a two-year contract with the option of another year.
The 27-year-old is the Rojiblancos’ fifth signing of the summer.
Sevilla are rebuilding their squad after an underwhelming campaign last term which saw them finished in 14th position.
The striker promised to give his best at the club and help the former UEFA Europa League champions do well in the upcoming season.

“I don’t really have personal goals. I may have a goal for myself, but the most important thing is the team itself, my teammates,” he told the club’s official website.
“Together we can achieve great things this season. We have to give one hundred percent in every game.
“We have to give our best in every game, without complacency, we will be at the top of the table and go very far this season.”
Iheanacho also expressed his delight to link up with compatriot Chidera Ejuke at the club.
“I think he will bring good luck to this team. It is the first time we have a Nigerian in the team, Let’s hope it’s a good look for the team,” he added.
” We will give our best for the club and for the fans. To help the team achieve great success this season. We are happy to be here. that we hope to enjoy it and that it is good.”
