Super Eagles star Kelechi Iheanacho has arrived Spain to complete his transfer to Spanish LaLaiga side Sevilla.
Sevilla confirmed Iheanacho’s arrival with a photo of him at the airport and wrote in Igbo: “Nnọọ Kelechi” which in English means “Welcome Kelechi”.
According to Italian journalist and transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Iheanacho is expected to sign a two-year deal with Sevilla.

If he completes the move, he would become the second Nigerian ever to sign for Sevilla following the arrival of Chidera Ejuke this summer.
Iheanacho would join Sevilla as a free agent after the expiration of his contract at Leicester City, who won promotion back to the Premier League.
The 27-year-old, who joined Leicester inn2017 from Manchester City, scored 35 goals in 173 games for the Foxes.
During his time at Leicester, Iheanacho won the FA Cup, Community Shield and the Championship title.

Let the deal happen asap or may be a good move to any of the Spanish giants happen soon.I just wish to see his talented forward (Iheanacho) reach the highest level his quality deserve.Such a talent should have been competing for the Balloon D’OR if not for Guadriola that pushed him out of Manchester City for average Brazil forward Gabriel Jesus, even when his quality was glaring for all to see.
Teaming up with Chidera Ejuke would be great for both Sevilla and Nigeria. If it clicks it will be a sign and a wonder.
Imagine an attack that has
Kelechi Iheanacho,
Chidera Ejuke,
Samuel Chukwueze
Victor Osimhen.
If all things been equal, Benin Republic and Rwanda are in for a mess against our darling Super Eagles in That’s real quality amid the four players there.Nigeria has truly world class players.
Ooh,just that we don’t have a good Coach to handle the team yet.
Wonder what Baba NFF and there agbada is doing. Its well.God Bless Nigeria.God Bless Sevilla.God Bless Senior man(Iheanacho).God Bless the Super Eagles,God Bless our passionate forumites here as well.
You all are truly valuable.
We had them already with no results, time to move on to new chapter. Time for us to try new alternatives or mix them up.
I tell you my brother sunny every time you see someone come here and say so so and so player or players will scare any defence but at the end of the day we will use that lineup no result..
If not for luck IHEANACHO would have made a better caf poty than that DISRESPECTFUL HEN called OSIMHEN…
IHEANACHO is more of a big game player than that HEN…
He has scored against Egypt on multiple occasions, Zambia, south Africa and in the premier League against man u,(4 goals and some assists)Chelsea and his former side mancity(3 goals)…
But that hen called osimhen scored almost all his career goals against Lesotho and sao tome.. hahahaha
Monkeypost – In terms of big games, I agree with you. Nacho is a big-game-player. He scored against Argentina, Zambia, Egypt, Cameroun e.t.c. When he came on against South Africa at the Afcon, he quickly set-up Tarik Moffi for a one-v-one. He also almost equalised against CIV if not for that miraculous block. No doubt he technically more gifted. The only person with similar or better technique is Ademola Lookman. But Osimhen also has his attributes which borders on strength, finishing and die-hard attitude.
I hope Nacho scores against Barca and Madrid
Lol…are the two of you normal? Who in their right senses compares Osihmen with Kelechi? Kelechi has talent, nothing more. He’s not a fighter, and he’s too relaxed. Osihmen is Africa’s best, singlehandedly won the league for Napoli, and he’s rated among the world’s top 5 strikers. He was a top 8 player in the world just last year. I mean, e be like say una no well. Kelechi should be at least be consistent for one season, and be instrumental for club and Nigeria like Osimen. Most of you need to use your common sense.
@John-1
If all things were going well for Kelechi Iheanacho he should have been playing for either Barcelona or Real Madrid in Spain. He’s that good as a player. If not for that wrong move Leicester City,he wouldn’t be at this level by now.Good luck Kelechi Iheanacho. It’s your season of manifestation.
