Nigeria forward Odion Ighalo will remain with Manchester United until the end of January 2021 after the Red Devils agree an extension on his loan deal with Chinese Super League club Shanghai Shenhua.
The new deal is however awaiting confirmation with FA for registration.
Ighalo’s initial six-month loan deal with Manchester United officially expired on Sunday night.

According to a report in The Telegraph, the two clubs have reached agreement for the former Watford striker to extend his stay at the Old Trafford until January
The 31-year-old joined United from Shanghai Shenhua on transfer deadline day.
Ighalo has scored four goals in eight league appearances for United.
