Paris Saint-Germain are set to be without star man Neymar for several months after he suffered a recurrence of a metatarsal injury.
The 26-year-old Brazilian saw his debut season in France ended in February last term because of an almost identical problem to his foot.

And after he left the pitch in tears during Wednesday’s 2-0 Coupe de France win against Strasbourg, it now seems Neymar is facing more time out of action.
PSG already look to have the Ligue 1 title in the bag – they sit 13 points clear at the top of the table – but the loss of Neymar for their Champions League last-16 double-header against Manchester United will be seen as a huge blow.
The club issued a statement to confirm their hitman had sustained “a painful recurrence of his injury to the fifth metatarsal of his right foot”.
And coach Thomas Tuchel added: “Neymar is worried because it’s the same foot, the right foot, in the same area. “There’s no news for the moment, he’s gone to hospital. I need to wait for the doctor to give me news about Ney.”
