Nigeria forward Anthony Ujah is delighted to see Union Berlin end the 2019/20 Bundesliga season with a win following Saturday’s 3-0 thrashing of Fortuna Dusseldorf at the Stadion An der Alten Forsterei, reports Completesports.com.
Ujah scored once and bagged an assist with his compatriot Suleiman Abdullahi also on target in the emphatic win.
The 29-year-old opened scoring for the home team in the 26th minute after he was set up by Joshua Mees.
The sumptuous strike put an end to Ujah’s 15-game goal drought for Union Berlin.

He later set up Christian Gentner for Union Berlin’s second goal of the game six minutes before the hour mark.
“Perfect ending to the season. Proud of this team💪🏾 ,”he wrote on his Twitter handle.
Ujah netted three times in 24 appearances for his club during the 2019/20 campaign.
Union Berlin finished the campaign in 1th position with 41 points from 34 matches.
