Southampton are planning a move for Leeds United’s Jack Clarke but they will face competition for the winger.
Saints boss Ralph Hasenhuttl is hoping to add to his attacking options over the summer transfer window and Liverpool’s Harry Wilson, who spent the season at Derby County, has been suggested as a target.
With competition for Wilson likely to be fierce, Hasenhuttl is lining up alternatives and now Clarke is under consideration.

The 18-year-old managed 24 appearances in the Championship for Leeds this term and Saints could be tempted to make a move.
However, the St Mary’s club will face a fight for his signature as Spurs, Crystal Palace and Bournemouth have all been linked with the youngster, while Leeds remain keen to keep hold of Clarke.
