Super Falcons of Nigeria star Francisca Ordega was on target as her club CSKA Moscow beat Zvezda Perm 2-1 to qualify for the final of the 2022 Russian Women’s Cup on Friday.
The deadlock was broken in the 64th minute by Zvezda Perm through a strike by Olesyna Kurochkina.
And with 10 minutes left in the game Ordega pulled a goal back for CSKA before Luliia Pleshkova netted the winner on 89 minutes.

Friday’s goal was Ordega’s second in the Russian Women’s Cup this year.
She has scored two goals in the Russian Cup Women this year and has also scored ive goals in the league this term.
CSKA Moscow will meet the winner of the second semi-final match between Macleans Lokomotiv Moscow and Zenit in the final billed for 5th November 2022.
In last season’s edition of the women’s Cup CSKA Moscow crashed out in the round of 16.
