Reports claim Inter may look to reduce Mauro Icardi’s release clause to help ease his exit from the club in the summer.
The 26-year-old Icardi has been with the Nerazzurri since 2013, enjoying 210 appearances in all competitions and scoring 122 goals, but it seems as though his days at the San Siro may be numbered.

Controversy has tended to follow the Argentina international around, and he blotted his copybook earlier in the season when refusing to travel for Inter’s Europa League last-32 first-leg tie with Rapid Vienna.
He has a 110million euros release clause in his current deal but a report by La Repubblica suggests Inter would be willing to drop that figure to around the 80million euros mark in order to facilitate a move away during the off-season.
The South American has been sidelined with a knee injury of late and may need surgery, meaning he could have played his last game for the Serie A giants.
