Akinsimaro….how long do you want to keep improving??? We’ve been waiting patiently for you to help resolve or alleviate our midfield position in the super eagles team.
He deserves a chance in the Super Eagles. So long as he plays regularly next season.
Hope you know he won’t invite himself
At this stage, he needs to be hoping he’s been called up to the national team as the need of midfielders are of top priority especially for the qualifiers
This youngster should be allowed to focus on club football for now after managing to make a single appearance with the Serie A giant, senior team,Inter Milan.
Moving from a local side, Remo stars to the Serie A giant is commendable. This move is following in steps of former Super Eagles players Obafemi Martins and Joel Obi.
With his qualities, he’s sure to make his marks in the Serie B with Sampdoria, where pressure is less intense.
His inclusion to the national team, perhaps the under aged competition will undoubtedly swell the number of quality personnel in the midfield areas.
Good luck to him!
These European clubs don’t release players for under age competitions. We’ve few exceptions, but if the turns out well and he becomes an important player for the club, don’t expect to see him in the flying eagles or even the dream team.
@Fidel_enny Obafemi Martins and Joel Obi in which NPFL? Lol don’t make me laugh, Joel Obi did his youth Career in Inter Milan Obafemi martins was discovered playing street ball by a third tier Nigerian coach trained with the club made a handfull of matches not recorded and moved to Europe at the age of 16 and played in various teams getting that rugged European Experience until Inter Signed the Martins we all saw in early 2000’s. Our best exports in Europe since 94 did not kick a ball in NPFL ooooo…
