Real Sociedad forward Umar Sadiq is delighted to be back at his best again, reports Completesports.com.
Sadiq missed almost the entire 2022/23 campaign with a cruciate ligament injury.
The 26-year-old has scored twice in his last two LaLiga outings for Real Sociedad.
The Nigerian striker said he is getting better and hopes to do more as the season goes on.

“I feel good with my goal. I am getting better, last season I was out for long due to injury, but this season I am getting better, I know the more I play the better I become,” Sadiq told his club website.
He also reflected on Sociedad’s 1-1 draw against Granada.
“It was not an easy game, we created lots of opportunities in the game but unfortunately we couldn’t score more. It’s difficult to play against this kind of opposition, I am proud of this team,” Sadiq added.
Real Sociedad are sixth on the La Liga table with 26 points from 15 matches.

No way…we are not taking your hot form. You always have form shortly before Afcon…but when you are fielded, you play below expectation…..we need new players for the Afcon.
