Not many new signings make a perfect start to life in a new club, most especially in a competitive league such as the English Premier League.
However, Nigerian international, Frank Onyeka, who joined the newly-promoted side, Brentford from FC Midtjylland in Denmark this summer, made a sparkling start to the Premier League as he marshaled the team’s defence with so much confidence in their 2-0 win over Arsenal on Friday.
He acquitted himself very well, showing good tactical awareness to cover space and he still had time to try and get into the Arsenal box. He lasted 80 minutes before he left the pitch to enthusiastic applause.
Recall that upon Onyeka’s arrival at Brentford, Thomas Frank described the 23-year-old, who scored three goals in 27 Danish Superliga matches last season, as a strong addition to his team.

Reacting to the victory via his official Instagram handle, Onyeka stated that the win against Arsenal will never be forgotten in a hurry.
He wrote: “A Night, we will never forget.”
Prior to Friday’s match, Onyeka delivered impressive performances for the 2021 Championship play-offs winners in pre-season friendly outings against Valencia and Manchester United, which include scoring a goal against the Spanish club.

@ Islander, or whatever you called yourself, it’s obvious that we are yet to see your name in the Forbes list of billionaires if you actually have that power of clairvoyance!
I think he can share Ndidi on centre midfield of Super Eagles instide of Etebo who committes many lapses and mistakes; also Etebo dose not play a pressing style which grant the rival a space to peniterate SE defence. So when SE play with 4-2-3-1 Oneyka can participate with Ndidi in order to form pressing, covering centre midfield to be an arsenal against any dangerous rival like Algeria,Morocco,Senegal,Eygpt and so on;I recommend Rhor to give him a chance to know if he is an excellent option for this choosing…
Nice option..
I’m just terrified on how the coach will handle the National team.
From players selection to best formation.
I really don’t know who to start and who yo bench.
