Gonzalo Higuain’s agent and brother Nicolas has dropped a big hint the striker will be back playing for Juventus next season. The 31-year-old joined Chelsea for the second half of last season but struggled to make a big impact in the Premier League, scoring five goals in 14 appearances.

The Blues do have an option to turn the deal into a permanent move but, with boss Maurizio Sarri off to Juventus, it seems likely Higuain will be going back to his parent club with him. Some reports have suggested Roma is a possible destination for the Argentina international this summer although his agent and brother insists he will not be playing for anyone other than Juve if he does go back to Italy.
Nicolas Higuain said on Radio Marte: “Gonzalo has a contract with Juve and wants to respect them. His performances at Juventus have always been good, especially in the first year. “Another experience in Serie A? No, in Italy he would only play with Juventus. The thought is to finish his career at Juventus.”
