Rangers manager Steven Gerrard is happy with Joe Aribo’s performance in the side’s Scottish Premiership win at St Johnstone on Wednesday night, reports Completesports.com.
Rangers defeated their hosts 3-0 with Aribo having a hand in two of the goals.
In the 27th minute, the Nigeria international collected a Steven Davis header in midfield, turned, strode forward and then sent an absolutely perfect ball through the Saints defence and into the path of the onrushing Glen Kamara.
Such was the quality on the ball from Aribo, Kamara needed just the deftest of flicks to take it beyond Clark for his second of the season.

He also played a key role in the third goal scored by Ianis Hagi two minutes after the break.
“Joe Aribo is starting to flex his muscles again, Kemar Roofe again showed his predatory instincts,”Gerard said after the game.
The 24-year-old has scored four goals in 12 league appearances for the club this season.
