AC Milan manager Paulo Fonseca has kind words for Samuel Chukwueze following the winger’s impressive pre-season performance.
Chukwueze struggled in his maiden campaign at the club.
The Nigerian has however been in superb form for the Serie A side in pre-season.
The Nigeria international provided two assists in Milan’s win against Manchester City.

The 25-year-old scored the winning goal in the club’s 1-0 victory over Real Madrid on Thursday morning.
“Chukwuze is more confident. Last season he didn’t play much,” Fonseca was quoted Goal.
“When a new coach arrives it’s always like this, the players want to show off. I’m happy for Chukwueze, he’s doing very well.
“I think he’s showing his qualities. Like Musah and Pulisic, he’ll be an important player for the team”.
