Super Falcons defender Ashleigh Plumptre has celebrated Al Ittihad’s derby win against Al-Ahly.
Al-Ittihad won the contest 6-2 with Plumptre scoring a hat-trick.
Plumptre scored Al Ittihad’s second, fourth and fifth goals of the game.
It was the centre-back’s second hat-trick for the Jeddah-based club this season.

The Nigerian took to the social media to celebrate the win and her hat-trick.
“A blessing to experience every moment with this team
Enjoyed my first derby game with this group and grateful for the hattrick in front of our incredible fans ,”she wrote on her official X handle.
It would be recalled that the 25-year-old scored a hat-trick for Al Ittihad on matchday one against Eastern Flames FC in October.
She has now scored six goals in six league outings for her club this season.
Plumptre is also joint- top scorer in the league with Tanzania’s Clara Luvanga who plays for Al Nassr.
