Golden Eaglets midfielder Hamzat Ojediran says the team will go all out for a win in their Tuesday’s second Group B game against Ecuador at the 2019 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Brazil, Completesports.com reports.
The five-time champions started their campaign on a winning note rallying back twice to beat Hungary 4-2 on Saturday.
A win against the South Americans will confirm the Golden Eaglets’ Round of 16 spot of the competition
“Hungary win is gone, what we are doing right now in the camp is training and working hard to get another win against the Ecuadorians,” Ojediran told reporters on Monday.
Nigeria’s Golden Eaglets top Group B with three points same number of points as Ecuador who have inferior goal difference.
