The Golden Eaglets Coach, Manu Garba has said his team is still in the search for a good goalkeeper and a left-back ahead of the FIFA U-17 World Cup to be held in Brazil, Completesports.com reports.
The 53-year-old who won the FIFA U-17 World Cup in 2013 revealed this to newsmen.
“We have a pool of good players, but we are still looking for a goalkeeper and a left-back,” Garba said.
The Golden Eaglets team finished fourth in Tanzania at the CAF U-17 Championship earlier in the year, the team is billed to depart Turkey at the weekend for an invitational tournament to prepare for the World Cup in Brazil next month.
The record 5-time Champions, Nigeria are in the Group B with Australia, Hungary, and Ecuador.
