Gambian national team goalkeeper, Jobe Modou, has joined Saudi First Division club, Jeddah after severing ties with Nigeria Professional Football League club, El-Kanemi Warriors of Maiduguri, reports Completesports.com.
Modou, who is a key member of the Gambian national team is already in Cairo with Jeddah where the club is preparing for the new season.
The 30-year-old joined El-Kanemi Warriors from Senegalese outfit, ASC Lingerie in 2017 penning a two-year deal.
He previously had stints with Gambian clubs, Real de Banju and Niarry Tally.
Modou has been capped 12 times on the international scene by Gambia.
