Galatasaray president Dursun Özbek has declared that Victor Osimhen will remain with the club until the end of the season.
Osimhen joined the Turkish Super Lig champions on loan from Napoli in September.
The Nigeria international reportedly has a clause in his contract which allow him to join another club in January.
Özbek however said the former Lille striker won’t leave the Yellow and Reds during the winter transfer window.
“Osimhen is our player this season. Of course, all clubs want to transfer Osimhen at the end of the season. One of the most important factors is the formation of spending limits,” Özbek was quoted by Sabah Spor.
“It is too early for that. Our goal this season is to be the champion and wear the 5th star.
The 25-year-old has scored eight goals in nine appearances for the Yellow and Reds.
