Chelsea goalkeeper Djordje Petrovic has urged his teammates to forget about FA Cup loss to Man City and focus on the Arsenal, Aston Villa, West Ham and Tottenham games ahead in the Premier League.
Recall that Bernardo Silva struck on 84 minutes for the 1-0 win to earn a place in the final of the FA Cup.
However, Petrovic in a chat with TribalFootball, stated that the team will learn a lot from the defeat.
“It’s a good experience for everyone and we will definitely learn a lot from this opportunity,” said Petrovic.

“The feeling and experience is the same that we had against Liverpool [in the Carabao Cup final]. Just like last time we had a good game offensively and defensively, and we felt something.
“If you look at the age of Manchester City, how many times they have played at Wembley? But I don’t want to say that is the reason why we have lost today because we had chances to score and kill the game.
“Maybe it was a penalty, maybe not – the referee said it wasn’t – but I think it was a good experience for us and we are disappointed after this type of game.”
He added, “We are sad and disappointed but tomorrow we will prepare ourselves for recovery and then Arsenal.
“Tuesday is a big game and after that we have Aston Villa, West Ham and Tottenham – they’re all tough games. We need to focus on that. For now, we are disappointed and sad, but tomorrow we will get the motivation. We will continue because we still have chances in the Premier League to reach Europe.”
