Nigeria defender Leon Balogun was in action in Wigan Athletic’s behind closed doors friendly against Fleetwood Town at the DW Stadium on Tuesday, reports Completesports.com.
Balogun missed the Latics Sky Bet Championship 2-0 away win against Huddersfield Town last weekend due to injury.
The 31-year-old is now in line to feature in Saturday’s home clash against Blackburn Rovers after coming out of Tuesday’s game unscathed.

Balogun joined Wigan on a six-month loan deal from Premier League club Brighton &Hove Albion on transfer deadline day.
The centre-back has made six league appearances for Paul Cook’s since his arrival.
