Kelechi Nwakali is delighted to be back on grass again after spending time on the sidelines as a result of injury.
Nwakali has been sidelined since sustaining an injury in SD Ponferradina’s 1-0 loss to Malaga in a Spanish Segunda Division clash on November 26.
The 23-year-old took to the social media to announce his comeback from the setback.

“Feels good to be outside again,”the midfielder tweeted.
Nwakali has made 16 appearances for Ponferradina this season with a goal to his name.
The former Arsenal player joined SD Ponferradina in July 2022, after his contact at La Liga side, SD Huesca was terminated amid controversies of playing for Nigeria at the 2021 AFCON in Cameroon against the club’s desire.
