Former Kwara United coach, Samson Unuanel has advised Super Eagles coach, Gernot Rohr to ensure that the players maintain 100% concentration against Liberia in the upcoming 2022 World Cup qualifiers.
Speaking with Completesports.com, Unuanel stated that the team must avoid the mistakes they made against Sierra Leone when they allowed them to equalize 4-4 despite leading 4-1 in the first half.
The former Enyimba boss noted that the Lone Stars will be playing similar pattern with the way the Sierra Leone team played the Super Eagles and caution must be applied to avoid any form of upset.

“I really believe the Super Eagles will overcome their Liberian counterpart considering the fact that we are playing at home and will want to begin on a wining note. However, the Super Eagles coach, Gernot Rohr must ensure that he speaks to the players on the need to maintain total concentration.
“We must avoid the mistake we made against Sierra Leone where we allowed the team to comeback from 4-1 down in the first half to level the score 4-4 in the second half. It won’t be a surprise if Liberia tend to take courage from that result and hoping to pull an upset here in Nigeria.
“It is not about the array of players at your disposal, but the players must be in command of the game till the referee final whistle. There must be no margin for error.”

@Tayo…lolz set awon Rohr must tell the players to throw the ball with hand not leg, or the goalkeeper must stay in his goal post during free kicks…. Funny people
Very funny people…..no mind them! The team is being owed back log of allowances, salaries and bonuses but none of them is talking about that one. Na to remind the coach to select eleven players and tell the goalkeeper to be at the post them sabi. Miserable funny set of people.
