Legendary English coach and erstwhile Tottenham Hotspur manager, Harry Redknapp, has praised Super Eagles defender Ola Aina for his versatility as a player.
Aina was impressive for Nottingham Forest after netting a wonder goal to help his side to a 2-0 win against Aston Villa.
Aside praising Aina for the goal, Redknapp was full of praise for the former Chelsea player’s ability to switch positions in the course of the game.
Redknapp told Bet Victor: “I’ve got to have Ola Aina in my side, what a finish that was.
“It’s got to be something good to beat a keeper as good as Martinez from that distance, it certainly was!
“He switched over to left-back during the game as well, I like to see players who can play in a couple of positions.”

Aina has made eight appearances for Forest in the Premier League this season.
He is expected to return to the Super Eagles squad for the 2026 World Cup qualifiers against Lesotho and Zimbabwe this month.
The former Torino player missed the Eagles’ two friendly games against Saudi Arabia and Mozambique due to injury.

Aina is a baller, I remembered his back heel pass to Ighalo at the last AFCON. Best wishes my man.
Aina has always been a top talent from his Chelsea days.
Aina is top 5 wing backs in the world. He is the best right back in africa, better player than hakimi,
He reminds me of marcon of brazil and intermilan
Aina is a blessing to naija. I am so proud and happy he chose us ahead of England years ago. He plays with ease and you can tell he enjoys himself while playing. Always happy, humble, hardworking, disciplined and more love & less ego. I am looking to get an Aina jersey soon. Baller for life!!!
