The Nigerian international came on as a substitute for Nuno Tavares in the 43rd minute of the first half.

The Italian side netted three goals through Mario Gila, Mattia Zaccagni and Valentin Castellanos in a first half that also saw Real Sociedad’s Aihen Munoz sent off for two yellow card offences.

Lazio sit top of the league, on 19 points, while Real Sociedad are in 18th.
