Very impressed with Switzerland.
By beating Italy, the Swiss can now be considered genuine contenders for the trophy.
But Germany, Spain, France and Portugal are still around.
England have the players, but so far have not really lived up to expectation. Will they finally come to life against Slovakia? But Slovakia is a dangerous side, and are quite capable of bringing Northgate’s England adventure to an abrupt end.
The tournament makes for exciting viewing for neutrals. May the best team win the trophy.
