Getafe manager Jose Bordalos has stated that Oghenekaro Etebo has adapted well to his new surroundings following the Nigerian midfielder arrival from Sky Bet Championship club Stoke City, reports Completesports.com.
Etebo made his debut for Getafe in last weekend’s Copa de Rey 2-0 loss to Badalona just three days after linking up with the Azulon on a six-month loan deal from Stoke City.
The 24-year-old is now in line to play his first league game for Getafe against Leganes on Friday, who could parade two of his international teammates, Kenneth Omeruo and Chidozie Awaziem.

“He (Etebo) has trained well since the first day he arrived here. It is a good sign that his adaptation to the team is going well as planned,”Bordalos told a news conference on Thursday.
Etebo are without in a win in their last two league games following defeats to Villarreal and Barcelona.
