“Make sure they are technically sound to be able to contribute to this man’s ideas.”

I think the suitable local assistants coach who can choose merit players who in form at their clubs and quality dual- nationality players , veteran coach Samsun Siasia can do this job , Siaia is known as a coach who choose quailty players with merit and in form , also he is known as a coach who has great tactical traits and aspects; also I think Sylvanus Okpala who has traits to read the matches so smartly then he can put plan (b) to change the matches then he can win them; also the other veteran coach who has goalkeeper’s training merit is Ike Shoronmu ; Okpala and Shoronmu have assited the passed veteran coach Stephen Kechi in 2013 when they have won with him AFCON. in South Africa; so I think thoes three coaches are now the suitable one who can assist the new Super Eagles Bruno Labbadia to take SE to the highs and new era…
The coach should be left to chose his own assistants to avoid blackmails and politics.
