Nigerian star, Akor Adams was a second half substitute as Monaco defeated Montpellier 2-0 in Sunday’s Ligue 1.
Akor who was making his 30th appearance, has netted eight goals and bagged one assist this ongoing season for Montpellier.

Akor came on as a substitute for Mousa Tamari in the 61st minute.
Monaco netted the opening in the 52nd minute through Kassoum Ouattara’s fine goal before Youssouf Fofana extended their lead in the 65th minute to silence the home supporters.
The victory means Montpellier sit 12th on 40 points while Monaco sit second on 64 points on the league table.
