Former Chelsea star Chris Sutton has predicted that Mn City will find it difficult to overcome Newcastle United in Saturday’s Premier League game.
He said that the Cityzenes will beat Newcastle and take all three points at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday.
Pep Guardiola’s men beat AFC Bournemouth 4-1 in the last Premier League game and are currently second in the standings, five points behind leaders Arsenal.
Newcastle on the other hand, lost their last Premier League match by the same scoreline against Liverpool and have dropped down to fifth in the table, four adrift of fourth-placed Tottenham Hotspur.
“City have to win, really. The pressure is on them now, especially after Arsenal’s victory in midweek, and the champions are getting to the stage where they know they can’t slip up,” Sutton told BBC.
Arsenal are hoping to claim the Premier League title for the first time since 2004 while Manchester would like to make a back-to-back win and the fifth league title in the last six years.
