Super Eagles duo of Taiwo Awoniyi and Emmanuel Dennis were in action as Arsenal pummeled Nottingham Forest 5-0 in Sunday’s Premier League game.
Awoniyi, who made the starting line up, had a tough time with the Gunners defenders.
The host opened the floodgate of goals in the 5th minute through Gabriel Martinelli before Reiss Nelson made it 2-0 in the 49th minute.
The Gunners took the game beyond the reach of Nottingham Forest as Nelson grabbed his brace in the 52nd minute.
In the 57th minute,Thomas Partey
Made it 4-0 before Martin Odegaard scored in the 78th minute to make it 5-0.
However, the introduction of Dennis didn’t change the scoreline as Arsenal comfortable picked the maximum points.

Fc cincinetti bit new york fc today and obina nwobodo is regular,
I dont understand why obinna is been ignored, that guy his a dangerouse central midfieder Nigeria needs him Etebo is clubless and few player that can take that role( central midfieder) are azubuike or nwobodo, and nwobodo is currently inform and plays regularly, Nigeria need him now to complement iwobi and ndidi, onyeka, bonke, are not effective in that central midfield, only very fit etebo or nwobodo can fit in easily, the guy can run, hussle, crosses the ball well, dribbles and passes well. Oga pesero please call him for portugal i beg jare.
Etebo has a club it’s based in Greece and the name is Aris.
Meanwhile,Nwobodo has been unfortunate with call ups,I think his case has been where he has played his club football rather than his qualities.
I hope a club in the top 5 European league signs him to give him a broader recognition.
However, the American League is good enough but sadly our coaches ignore that part of the world.
Obinna Nwobodo is a great midfielder. But based on current form, club pedigree and specific qualities including mobility required for a box to box midfielder to effectively complement Iwobi and Ndidi and bring balance to the Super Eagles midfield, I would rather go for Alhassan Yusuf of Royal Antwerp.
If possible, I would recommend to provide each of these two guys opportunities in upcoming friendlies to see who brings better balance to SE midfield. Who says we can’t have both in the same team, one deputising for the other.
That guy is just a natuaral eagles, very flexible midfielder with so much qualities, we have seen junk players been invited regularly to the eagles, i think his agent should push for him. Meanwhile ejiara is asking for call up, the guy is inform too,
