Enyimba head coach Yemi Olanrewaju has said his team is getting ready for the new season.
The nine-time Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) champions will begin their 2024/25 campaign against new boys Beyond Limits Academy on Saturday, September 7.
Enyimba are currently undergoing a rebuilding process after several of their key players left the club at the end of last season.

Despite the challenge of blending the new players, Olanrewaju is optimistic his side will be ready to compete when the season starts.
“We’re getting better everyday. We have a lot of new players. The focus is now to integrate them,” the former Golden Eaglets assistant coach was quoted by the club’s media.
Aside from the NPFL, the Aba giants will also compete in the President Federation Cup and CAF Confederation Cup.
The two-time African champions will face Burkina Faso’s Etoile Filante in the second preliminary round of the CAF Confederation Cup next month.
